Pastor Tim Ruhl has been our Pastor since January of 1988. Over the last 30 years, under Pastor Ruhl's leadership, Pleasant Valley Baptist Church has seen exponential growth.  We moved from 2.5 acres of land on Panama Ave to 25 acres of land on Garner Ln.

Pastor Ruhl graduated with his Masters from Hyles Anderson College in 1987. It was there under the guidance of Dr.  Jack Hyles where he learned how to be the great Pastor he is today. In the last few years he also has received an Honorary Doctorate from Golden State Baptist College and Providence Baptist College.

Pastor and Mrs. Ruhl have 4 children and 15 grandchildren. One of their favorite times is when they all get to be together as a family. We truly do love our Pastor and his family.
